A deep mechanical exfoliating procedure. Using a sterile, surgical scalpel, held at a 45° angle, it is used to gently scrape off the top layer of dulling dead skin cells from the epidermis in order to reveal a smoother brighter complexion, exfoliating the surface layer of the skin while ridding the skin of vellus hair (peach fuzz).
